Personally i hate playing css with out any admins or any rules in server. I rarely break any rules in servers. I would help enforce it by like keep reminding that certain rule breaker the rule their breaking. And then telling them to look at the motd. Like if they on a maxed race, I'd ask to get off please. and I'd tell its the rule to get off when some1 asks you to. And i would say to please look at the motd rule 2 (i think thats the right rule im not in css right now.)
