New Style of Recruiting!

Stage 1:
- Head admins "recruit" members with a | R in game.
- If normal members wish to have someone in, it must be verified by Unnamed, Wes, or myself.
- If passed, they must proceed to Stage 2.

Stage 2:
- The "recruits" are to post an app in the standard 'Application' forums.
- The applications will be overlooked by Unnamed, Wes, or myself.
- If passed, they have a choice to proceed to Stage 3, or stay a normal member.

Stage 3:
- The normal members are to post an app for the division they wish to join, in our case, the sk or gg division.
- The applications are overlooked by Unnamed (sk division), or Wes and Myself (gg division).
- If passed, the members will be given a special ARMF tag.
